At Aisha Jewelry, we want you to be completely enchanted by your pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all items in their original condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale unless they arrive damaged.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the jewelry in its original branded box and velvet pouch to ensure it is protected during transit.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
